Are IH powered E-rigs the future?

Would you say that being able to choose a temperature setting is an induction specific feature? I thought this thread was about highlighting the benefits of induction e-rigs over other methods. I agree with everything you said, I just don’t see any of it being induction specific. Totally...

My dry herb vaporizer (tubo evic) through my bong makes my asthma flare up.. should I be using cannabis in another form?

Yeah, a bunch of companies do a nano-emulsion for fast absorption. It’s the only edible I’ve tried that is similar to vaping in onset time.

My dry herb vaporizer (tubo evic) through my bong makes my asthma flare up.. should I be using cannabis in another form?

How heavy of a vaper are you? At higher tolerances it seems the irritation can outweigh the effects from heavy vaping. Often times when people find flower too irritating they switch to concentrates. But if those bother you too there’s really not too many alternatives. Nano gummies are pretty...

Are IH powered E-rigs the future?

Even those porous wicks largely work on the conduction principal. Hot air heats the ceramic (or stainless) which conducts heat over a massive surface area to vaporize the concentrate. :sherlock:

Are IH powered E-rigs the future?

Do explain with science how induction heating provides more accurate temperature control than Temperature Coefficient of Resistance or a thermocouple probe. Also explain how electromagnetically generated conduction heating is superior to “regular” conduction heating. I see no benefits.

Are IH powered E-rigs the future?

I can’t think of a single benefit to induction heating a dab. Much more reliable temperature control is available through other heating methods. And there’s plenty of ways to do swappable bowls without using induction.

Pretty damn sleek, looks like an ebony fretboard. Now that’s tempting! I think I figured out that my card was being declined from the international purchase, and I had to call and pre-approve like many in the P80 thread talk about.

Vleaf go vs Xmax v3 pro

Not sure on the V3 but the Vivant uses a "medical grade" stainless steel 316 heater. Not a fan of glowing elements myself though.

    custom mouthpiece

I visited a local glass shop the other day and was talking with the owner, trying to get some custom stuff done, and they are back ordered over a year just for their wholesale accounts. Legalization has caused demand to skyrocket, so it's hard to get any bench time in for small projects.

Post-Processing Rosin - Your wish, after the squish

In my opinion - no. The boiling point of nonacosane is ~700F. I know too many people that have been smoking fat joints for 50 years to think the wax fraction that we aren't even boiling is the issue. Now if you're using hydrocarbon extracts you're playing with chemistry and that could be...

    Random thoughts

Saw a guy riding a motorcycle yesterday with his dog straddling the gas tank. My first thought was: These are some strong mushrooms. But there was no mushrooms.

    The Convection Thread

More killer, less filler!! The buds density may be a consideration for grind preference - fluffy sativa leaners in a course grind may work better than ultra dense "Humboldt Hardrock" as I call them with much unexposed internals at the same grind. Perhaps denser nugs could benefit from...

    HerbalTherm 2XV

I would expect balls to add way too much mass for an IH to heat. Even with a big blowtorch they can take some serious energy to get up to temperature. Without 220V, induction heating isn’t really considered that powerful.

    The Convection Thread

As vaporizer enthusiasts, we probably (wrongly) assume the full spectrum of compounds is even vaporizable. There is likely a lot of compounds which boil above combustion temperatures that we aren't getting.
