Simply put the HA has all the bases covered. It's in the price range. I cannot complain about effectiveness, and it can make visible vapor that will hurt like no tomorrow it's so thick. The factory mouthpiece is effective for GonG duty, though there is an aftermarket GonG mouthpiece available...

You never defined how you judge 'Vapor Quality'. As such, no proper response can be given.

Absolutely not. The HA uses PTFE for the mouthpiece which has a very low thermal conductivity, but not only that, you hold the device by the black housing, which never really gets too warm IMHO. A benefit of the PTFE is that it is ultra inert, and the low thermal conductivity lowers losses...

If you want an argument to convince others, try arguing from a government mandated monopoly perspective. They will usually agree with free market arguments.

The assumption that someone is guilty without any evidence is something I find particularly distasteful. The media convicts people every day, who knows how many lives have been ruined by those who don't wait for evidence to decide if someone is guilty or not.
