    Arizer Solo II

yeah, seconding @Adobewan. Use a coarser grind. I have an HerbRipper medium and don't get the little lucky charms in my teeth with that. alternatively, you could put a screen in there.

    Arizer Solo II

after almost 5 years I still love my Solo II and use it daily. Don't listen to the haters, this thing will happily run for a slow session and produce excellent, tasty vapor. Or, crank it up and run it through a water piece for thicker clouds. I love it.

    Arizer Go (ArGo)

I've used Vapenorth.ca and Tvape.ca. Prices are pretty similar in both places, fast shipping and great service.

    Which vaporizer should I buy?

Hey @Flomin. Welcome! Like you, I was a joint smoker for years, puffed the occasional bowl. I quit burning over three years ago and haven't looked back. The Arizer Solo II was and still is my go to for portable use. I also have an Arizer Go for portability when I need it. The Solo is a way...

    Weird, burnt-popcorn taste from bud?

maybe? That burnt popcorn smell / taste is overcooked bud. Well toasted AVB smells like that. You might have some loose bits kicking around in there smellin' things up. I'll have extra butter.

    Old Head Freight Train

me, 10 years ago, "I dunno, this is a nice lil glass pipe, but $22 feels a bit steep" me, present day, surrounded by medical glass, a ball injector vape and several battery powered portables, "yes, this spoon is exquisitely crafted from purest stainless steel and I will happily pay $30 in...

    Grind size for Solo II

they come with a few screens for the stems, but I just never found the need for them. Medium grind and a light pack and the herb stays where it needs to be.

    Grind size for Solo II

I find a medium coarse grind works well in mine. I use a Herb Ripper with medium plate and get good airflow and extraction. If the grind's too fine, it packs too tightly and ruins the airflow. I don't use a screen either, so the medium grind helps keep it out of my mouth parts. I find keeping...

    Arizer Go (ArGo)

I've got one of these 3d stems with the carb hole on it too. Only problem is, it's not really portable. Have you found any protective tubes that'll let you carry one of these when you're out and about? Was thinking about modding a smaller cigar tube with some rubber / silicone inserts or something.

    Old Head Freight Train

I am happy to be onboard the Freight Train... wagon. Mine arrived on Monday of this week (shout-out to Vape North for being awesome!), and I had to wait until last night to try it out. I got the pro for the improved airflow and the included shield and stand. Having that coil exposed out to the...

    Sneaky Pete MegaCube

oh yeah, one other note: I considered the globe, but reading one reviewer say that they felt it was a little unstable due to its shape was enough to convince me to go with the Cube. This thing is very solid on the table. I put a silicone mat underneath it and there's no way it's moving when it's...

    Sneaky Pete MegaCube

Yo, (I debated putting this in the MegaGlobe thread, but thought the cube deserved its own thread. Feel free to combine this if this is a faux-pas, it's my first post here.) I picked up a Sneaky Pete MegaCube on a whim a couple of weeks ago and have been running it with my Arizer Solo 2. First...
