I found the $15 XMax Starry Water Pipe Adapter can fit the AVLP if you switch things around. The wide end fits over the mouthpiece just fine, and the glass adapter can fit into the smaller end if you twist it in with some considerable effort. It aint ever coming back out easily.

You also need to be inhaling the dust also, which is likely not going to happen unless you're doing huge rips and your airpath is mostly straight. Even then probably not. Weed is lighter and more likely. Unless you're ending up with mouthfuls of weed, then you're probably a-ok.
