I can't believe this just happened today :bang: I ordered on March 14th, got the shipping notification on 17th. My package arrived in Austria on 26th and was held at customs since then. Yesterday I checked the tracking again and it said there are issues with a "unplausible value of the goods"...

I close mine down to about 1/4 to 1/3 of the opening and I use it for direct draws only. I like a bit more resistance to the draw 🤷‍♂️ ... But I totally agree that it is almost essential to get nice mtl puffs and that way it really does a great job in emulating the joint experience.

That's weird! Mine was shipped on the 21st and it arrived on the 26th here in Austria. Have you tried tracking it via your local post service or only with royal mail? It was similar in my case: royal mail said it left Langley for 2 days, whereas Austrian post said it's held at customs 😉
