    Best vape for insomnia?

I agree. I believe the convection vs conduction discussions are valid, but the longer lasting effects are more strain dependent IMO (e.g., sleeping through the night). I grow a strain that improves my sleep immensely, but is not a stoney variety and I use full convection. I don't know why, but I...

    advice on a new vape

Another strong TM2 recommendation here. I love using mine. If the OP isn't in a rush, could it be worth it to wait a month or so for the new Yllvape Aerolite to be released and tested by the FC community? If we get lucky, it might be a TM2 alternative at half the price.

For Perspective: How Common Are Dry-Herb Vapes Where You Live?

Here in upstate NY (at least where I'm at) dry herb vaping is essentially non-existent. Very few know what it is, other than maybe recognizing the Volcano.

    2024 Most Reached For

The correct answer is to de-schedule... not just reschedule.

Noob Advice: Dry Vape vs. Carts

@AvalonX In general, dry herb vaping is much more efficient than combustion. Yes. 510 "threaded" is a standard used by many cannabis vape cart batteries.

Noob Advice: Dry Vape vs. Carts

Agree. For 510 rosin carts I use a relatively cheap Yocan Uni Pro 2.0 that goes down to 1.8V. I believe their Kodo Pro is even cheaper and also does 1.8V.

Noob Advice: Dry Vape vs. Carts

This. 👆 I'll take a live rosin carts out with me under certain circumstances, but much prefer the effects of my flower. I don't bother with distillate or even live resin. I've made tinctures, bubble hash rosin, flower rosin and dry sift, but only to give to others. It's flower for me...

    TinyMight / TM 2

Umm... IMO the PH looks great, but I absolutely prefer the look of Walnut. Beauty's in the eye of the beholder I guess. :peace:

    Pocket vape ?

Depends on what type of pocket I guess... Are we talking jeans or coat? :ugh:

    Pocket vape ?

Maybe a V3 Pro? Cheap, portable and convention leaning. Replaceable battery too.

bad luck requiring a bit of advice

Maybe look into the TM2 if you think you'd like a glass stem based portable vape. Good luck!

    TinyMight / TM 2

A little over two years for me and I still love my TM2. Rotate between Tempest w/Wand and TM2. Both are great, but if forced to only have one it'd be the TM2!

Looks like the POTV version of the V3 Pro is now being sold in other places?

What's in your vape right now?

It can definitely be about money to some degree, but it's also about feasibility. It isn't always as simple as no one likes older strains or they feel modern hybrids are so much better in taste/effects, but until the federal laws for cannabis change we'll have to buy flower grown in our own...

What's in your vape right now?

I admit that I love the older flavors too, but some of that is likely nostalgia. There are preservation efforts and folks messing with old genetics, but you won't find them in a dispensary since they aren't commercially viable (at least not right now). Their flowering time, yield and relatively...

What's in your vape right now?

Umm...? I didn't smoke in the 70s (started in the 80s) and can believe there are long flowering strains, with unique effects, that are no longer around, but I'm not at all sure that modern growers don't know how to get good flavor. :hmm: In fact, the range of flavors are amazing nowadays.

    What is this thing?

Maybe the budtender said/meant live rosin instead of live resin? I don't do much with concentrates, but when I do it's almost always rosin/live rosin.

    Venty or Tinymight 2

"Harshness" claims can vary due to user style, temp settings, stem type, etc. With the TM2, if I use stock stem/cooling unit at high temperature, I can cough quite a bit. But a slower draw speed, lower temps, and using a beaded stem (or even better, a WPA with J hook or through dry glass) it can...
