I just watched a new vid of someone using theirs successfully, so it can work. I'm just not getting those results and I'm curious why. Haze is gonna look at it for me, hopefully it's the simple seal issue they were talking about, but I'm not too worried about it. I trust that Haze will sort it out.

Pretty sure they said they weren't delaying units for accessories.It just takes time from generating shipping labels to physically loading a box and attaching the label to it.
