Hey man congrats on your WS! Yes you can use without the dial. It was set the set as 10 on the dial which is 12.2V Not sure about that 12V 2A adapter tho... I have a vvps 3-24V 2A, not sure if it's at 2A at all voltages or if it changes with the voltage.
