I've used my TM almost daily for years. I tried dosing caps once and thought it sucked. I occasionally go inverted with a hook or another glass piece, but usually it's a direct-draw stem experience. I have never even once had a problem with material falling into the heater.

I know reasonable people disagree, but I can't understand downgrading the TM experience with a dosing cap.

They will fix or replace it under warranty. Unless you dunked it under water or something. I have not heard of a warranty claim being denied yet by TM.

If you bought this from Tinymight or an authorized reseller it is still under warranty. You should email them for support. They will take care of you.

I don't have one, but I thought that bowl was designed for the Ruby Twist. I believe that vape is an 18mm injector, not a 22mm diffuser like the Epitome. But it might still work. You could probably get the OD of that bowl from Vgoodiez or Recommended Vape supplies if you email them.
