I had the same exact train of thought haha...and as soon as I tried it I was like ah fuck this...then I started kicking myself because the Gong stem I originally wanted went out of stock! Now a month later I finally have a Wong on the way. You'll see what I mean when you have to keep the stock...

I use water pipe cleaner from the LHS shake style then warm soapy water wash after.

You should get a short Gong or Wong stem. Such a pain in the ass pairing the solo with a bubbler with the stock stem to glass piece when your glass piece is 18 and you have to use an adapter on top of it all. :2c:

Check the last 15-20 pages and you will see several options like @ataxian said get something, you will be happy with any choice. Will you stop buying them after one, though? NO! :)

Completely agree with this, be very careful...that seller is not via DHGate or Alibaba, your "buyer protection" gets to be unstable and they are located in India. Fingers crossed for @Sinclue.
