There is no solder, the discoloring on the basket and screen is from the spot weld used to hold the screen in place. The basket and the screen and the discolored spots are all stainless steel.

Yes, I guess I wasn't as clear as I could have been. You will have 2 heat sealed bags attached to the mouthpieces, and the rest of the bags will need to be cut to size and sealed with a zip tie. ( You can seal the bags with a heat sealer.)

ohh hey,.. one end is heat sealed, once you start cutting into it you will want to use the supplied zip ties to seal the cut end.
