The bag was just over 10 feet and it took 1 basket filled 3/4 of the way (under a gram) and 5 minutes to fill. I started at a higher temp (380f)so the bag would be good and milky for demo purposes.

I have heard there is a chef that has been using the ion to infuse essential oils into some of his dishes. I have not tried this....I have only heard about it, when I get some verifiable info I will post about it.
