I haven't had that issue, but my twin brother seems to have a drooling problem when he uses my PNWT too. it drives me crazy when he passes it to me and I have to wipe off his drool. GROSS!! :)

there's not much to apologize for really, my frustration was with the inability to speak to someone. I didn't assume PV had made a shipping error, I just needed to speak to someone about my next step, which is what finally happened. I let PV know in an email and thanked them for their help.

OK cool, I finally was able to speak with Robert at PV, and he worked with me to try to figure out what has gone wrong with the shipment. I feel much better after speaking to someone. He also informed me that they are working on the phone line issue since they only have 2 phone lines.
