I do think the sugar could be made with ABV and I'm really thinking about trying it BUT... I'd be hesitant to use ISO though it might be safe if completely evaporated. If you can't get Everclear I'd use high proof vodka or rum personally. I do know I've watched Erik the Ruler's videos before...

If memory serves me I believe they switched to the longer stems because the short stems were deemed a "choking hazard" Meh! I been using them 2 yrs and I'm still kicking lol... I think many cut up the long stems or order whips to get short stems like I did.

lol.. Nice shirt Vitolo... I have one as well :) I personally love the short stems so the shorter the better to me. I'm not sure if it is a typo on website or what but it wouldn't hurt to send an email asking.

I had the old LB's when they came with shorty stems and I always prefer the shorter stem for many of the same reasons as Vitolo. I just ordered a few of the whips from BlissSville, each one had a shorty stem in the end and of course now I have longer stems for emergency backup if I needed to...

There are metal drip tips but most are plastics...acrylic or delrin. I avoid using alcohol much on them but a quick wash with a good rinse should be okay. I just use hot soapy water to clean the drip tips while I use solvents on attys. I'm just leery of solvents and plastics personally.

I have an 18" which I rarely use... I did use a bit with the Cloud and it works awesome but I would lean towards smaller for sure myself. If I had a smaller one I think it would get more use.

If you are stateside Energizer makes rechargeable NIMH batts that I find work pretty darn well and are sold most everywhere. I think they are 2400 mah. Of course you will need some goo gone, iso or wd40 to assist in cleaning them but... they work.
