Among other things, I can't wrap my head around "shipments are arriving daily." Does that mean every day a brand new crate is arriving in customs, only to get stuck there? Will they all get cleared at once, or one at a time? How were they so positive shipments would start going out on Monday...

Good points for sure. I wouldn't say it's not fair though...they've had multiple opportunities to chime in and keep us abreast, but for whatever reason they've chosen not to do so. It's kind of hard to take--they were fairly active here while the Ascent was in development, but now it feels like...

DaVinci, do you see what's happening here? You can restore a lot of goodwill just by dropping a line here and telling us what's going on. Your continued silence is only inspiring suspicion and damaging your brand. Help us all (and yourself) out and please fill us in.

I didn't realize they actually ran your card in advance for those, instead of on fulfillment...but then I've only ever done one or two pre-sales ever, so I don't have much personal experience. But that's how they worked for me. This is the thing that gets me, though (from the email I got)...
