Closest I ran recall is a rumor a while back about DV stockpiling units to be able to deliver to GV, TV, and direct sales simultaneously. Key word is rumor, and unsubstantiated. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. It's not what you want to hear...but the only real option is to wait. :shrug...

Absolutely. Hold DV accountable for their own words and deeds. Other resellers are going to say what they can to get your money...DV is not responsible for that.

Exactly. 3 days is better than three months. Just a little disappointed it didn't get bumped up to express shipping as was promised. But it sounds like they were having issues with USPS's weird new shipping options. Or maybe it did get bumped and "express" doesn't mean what it used to...

Good points about USPS, and the cutbacks are a shame. Unfortunately, that's not the case here, as we usually receive packages from the center in Vegas within a day (we've had about 30 packages sent here over the last couple of months). Edit: looks like our shipping is "Priority Mail 3-Day."...

Ours (I'm calling my brother's "ours" now) is apparently going to take 3 days to ship from Las Vegas to Utah. Because, you know, Utah is so far away from Las Vegas. :hmm: Whatever. At least it's Friday, and not two months from now. Looking on the bright side and all...

It takes a while for USPS to process shipments online. Give it a few hours, and you'll see some info.

My bro got his order in right after the first window opened, and no email for him yet either. My guess is they have some sort of system for this unrelated to order time, but I feel confident that the entire batch will be processed and shipped as it should be. Sort of like downloading a torrent...

I'm going to piggyback on this question... Ascent owners: do you load first, then heat...or heat first, then load? Does it make a difference for you?

Unfortunately, the time stuck in customs has inadvertently corrupted the quantum state of the packages, leaving you with Schrödinger's Ascent, which may or may not actually exist when it arrives at your house.
