just got back from the post office and sent my second pax back for replacement. Ploom said i may have voided the warranty trying to push out the mouthpiece out from the oven side and breaking it but they told me they will have a look at it and maybe replace it even if i did fuck it up to bad so...

i dont think this will work because it will not turn on and off with just the ss tube in there and i tried heating it in a bag and hot water but it didnt work o well im still stoned so no worries

yea i def soaked a pipe cleaner in iso and jammed it down in the vapor path apparently bad idea cause this thing is stuck and i cant even pry it up. i hope i can get this mouth piece open today and then never put iso in there again if not another email to vapeworld and warranty exchange again.

i just have a two piece the large one and then i dump it in my kief box to collect my kief use if for my vaporizer grinding needs every day and i love it they are great grinders
