i would go with higher current batteries, they will probably last longer. Something like Molicel p26a or the VTC5D/A. 30Q are supposed to last longer in lifecycle than VTC6 so you could try them.

Adding in some cloth or rubber stuff to protect it would be the first thing coming to mind. Also vibration usually shakes these kinda stuck “screws” looser but maybe it was that stuck that it was unavoidable... Still it sucks man and the customer service still not responding to multiple people...

Yup it's my first vape, really needed to ditch the smoking for my fitness/health reasons and this will make it a whole lot easier. Walnut simply looks great, the finish is sick on this little device, every corner is finished/sanded and the lid fits perfect on it.
