I am certain they are doing the best they can. There are always some glitches with any business launch. I think they have done a exceptional job keeping everyone informed and I am sure it will all work out for everyone.patience is a really nice quality :)

let me correct myself. sometimes they are in exact order and sometimes they jump :) I use this same software and see it happen all the time.

also, and I know this from experience (I use woo commerce for my biz) the numbers it spits out are not one after another. The orders generated will often jump by chunks. So if a order has number 6951 the next one generated could be 6967. we will not be able to tell a exact order by the...
