I had my rare 3 hole straight stem spontaneously destruct while in the Solo. Is there a US based vape store that has the straight 4 hole stem in stock?

It sounds like the whole loose vs. tight stem thing is still luck of the draw. I am however pleased with the air flow on my loose 3 hole replacement stems.
