I agree with Stu, there's gold in them stems. Torch it, puff it, reclaim it, use the hi-fat milk trick for the best hot chocolate you will ever have.

Ace, the Vaplexus charts I believe Rufrothy was referring to is post 2099 on page 84 written 10-14-11. Those charts were done taking temp readings while Vaplexus was hitting the Solo. I don't know if that chart answers your question but it might help.

Stu, you're probably right, cutting down a Solo stem would be the easiest solution. They are already the correct size and only cost about $8 to $10 each + shipping. The boro tubes I am looking at are 1500mm long (4'11") costing $4.33 each with a minimum order of $25. The minimum order alone...

Vape4health, I am looking at 15mm Simax thick wall boro tube and was going to try cutting one down to size then see if I can slip a SS screen in held in place by friction just to see if it works as a cheap Solo stem. I measure the bowl end of the Solo stem at about 15mm. Here is a link to a...

I believe you are correct. This was discussed back on page 83, 84, & 88. Here is a link to a battery site that discusses how to care for lithium ion batteries. www.batteryuniversity.com/learn/article/how_to_prolong_lithium_based_batteries

Normally I leave mine plugged in all day with no problems so far. I'll do a session or two, plug it in, do another session later when I'm ready, plug it back in again. It's always ready to go. I haven't really had an issue with the battery running low with normal away from home use although I'm...

Thanks Iloveboobs, now that I can see what you did to make your adaptor in your new photos, it is a simple solution easily done.

Great photos, Iloveboobs. Where did you get that GonG adapter? (My oh my, I love pie!) Thanx

No problem Darebear, I knew you simply deleted the "quote=" reference when you were editing Steven22's post. That happens. And Darebear, I apologize to you if I implied that you were in a pissing match with anybody. That was meant more as a general observation to the last page or two. I also own...

Darebear, I agree with you on your comments. I've already used my Solo in many of those scenarios as well as on a chairlift a few days ago. The original post was from Steven22 that you attributed to me. This thread is becoming a pissing match over which vape is better. I don't really care which...

Wow...you should get your Solo first and use your Solo before you start discussing what you can or can't do with a Solo.

My point is that a "lifetime" warranty is only good if the company is around when you need it. Do you think Magic Flight (the company) will be in existence in 10 to 20 years from now? What does lifetime mean to you? Your life or the vapes life? Why do you consider it "greedy" if a company sells...

I agree. I like my MFLB but find it collecting dust in my stash box since getting my Solo.

A couple observations: 1) I own both and I'll tell ya, I like my Solo a lot better than my MFLB. My MFLB works fine but my Solo just works better for me (and portable as well). 2) Yes, a life time warranty is awesome as long as the company stays in business. I hope Magic Flight is around 10 to...

Now thats an industrial strength add on. Looks like a Borg implant for a Solo. I'm impressed.

Don't be an early adoptor next time. Let the product mature. I've been beta testing Apple products for years...do you really think Apple will stop improving on what they are selling now? Give Arizer time and check back in a year or two.

Have you thought of the possibility that Arizer's "one batch" statement was put out because that was the information they believed at the time they stated that? Why do you think they lied? Let's see...the Solo was released around May 2011 (Rockwise's first post was dated 5-27-2011) after they...

Pain, while I agree with your river analogy, and please correct me if I'm wrong, but I've always thought voltage was the the flow or the speed (push) of the river where as amperage was the size of the river or the volume of electrons available to 'fill the bucket' so to speak. Other than that, I...

I would have to agree. Does your exposed circuit board smell like the smell? The inside of my M104 cap smelled exactly like the heated smell and taste did before I baked the cap. IMO, I still think it's the paint.
