I found the same thing when I switched to a water pipe with a gridded inline in addition to just the perc I had before. The increased drag really is a boon in cloud building.

Anodizing is an actual chemical change to the outer surface of the metal. It does not revert with time. However, if the outer layer of metal on the teeth were eroded away, you would see plain metal underneath. How deep the anodization goes is dependent on process, but I'd be very surprised if...

I have been using an SLX 206 lately just for the reduced stickiness of my plant to the grinder (the teeth and grinding area is teflon coated or similar). I ordered online at smoke shop guys (they have a somewhat small list of distributers).

I did when I used the stem. Nowadays I use my e-nano with a bong and just keep it at the one temp.

My e-nano is on the same circuit as my desktop computer and some speaker amplification, so maybe that plays in to my landing at a higher number. I also have a walnut e-nano for full disclosure.
