You obviously haven't read the thread. Both the GH and the IO are POS. They work for a couple of weeks until the performance drops rapidly. Forget about getting them repaired. Hopper don't even acknowledge it when you contact them for RMA.

How do you connect the output from the power supply to the Hopper? Is it basically any 12V 5A power supply? What voltage do you set it to? 4.2V?

They never have any issues about taking orders for Hoppers. Just like the GH I reckon they are inundated with RMAs and simply can't keep up with them.
