I'm really starting to enjoy the MV now, there's still a few issues with it (mainly that the mouthpiece gets too hot) but I'm really enjoying the flavours it produces! Can anyone point me in the direction of a decent water tool that I'll be able to use with the MV?

Yeah I think based on the time it takes to heat up it's faulty, I've emailed them, again! ~ I'm starting to feel like a right pain in the ass with the amount of times I've had to get in contact with them :(

How long should it take for the MV to heat up to the green setting? Mine takes around 7-10 minutes? and even longer for the red setting. Also, the whip and/or mouthpiece get really hot when using it, to the point that it's uncomfortable to use? I must admit, so far I'm struggling to be...

Well I ended up back on my Davinci Ascent last night, I just couldn't get any satisfying clouds etc from the MiniVap, I'm assuming the lack of top cap might have something to do with this? This is a huge thread, if anyone can point me in the direction of an easy intro into getting the best...

I received my MiniVap today at long last, it's the updated version BUT - It's arrived with no bloody top cap with it, so it's unusable, I can't quite believe it, totally gutted :( I've emailed them, but won't expect a rapid response, it's soooo annoying having it sat here but I can't use it...

That sounds like a bit of a nightmare, it's an expensive vape so I agree that the customer service could/should be top notch. I'm supposed to be receiving mine tomorrow so I'm torn between being excited and nervous that it won't perform properly, time will tell! One thing though laxylightning...

Just to update this, I received an email today from MiniVap, my vape will be posted tomorrow and should be with me on Friday, really pleased and can't wait to try it :D

I'd settle for an answer to one of my emails asking when they're going to send it, I can't believe how bad their service is, I'm wondering whether I should be contacting the credit card company to apply for a refund?
