@stonevape Is your vape the newer glass lined one? I had a PP and thought it was pretty good, light and nice shaped, but it was so brittle! The MiniVap is definitely made of far better materials! It took me a while to warm to the MV as I had high expectations but it's definitely a great vape...

@mixchu69, that looks like a Teflon lining to me, you got lucky! I have to admit, It's not great to hear I'm testing the new unit without being asked or even told, to find out from an email to another customer isn't ideal - and how can I test it properly when I've not tried a teflon lined one...

Cheapest is over $40 for delivery! I can't find any distributors in the UK but will keep looking around, I'm assuming that essentially all I need is something with 14mm diameter?

I expect you have the glass lining, there's a photo with the two side by side a few pages back, I also have a silver with black lining and glass core, received direct from Hermes in December. However, as long as you're enjoying it, I suppose it doesn't really matter :D

Near as you can hope for, the basket does stay warm, but the herb doesn't seem to cook, but to be honest you don't have 10 minute sessions on the MV, it's much more a case of 4-5 draws per basket, it's amazing how much it hits you with so little herb, it's different to any other vape I've tried...
