I wouldn't worry at all about it, Vicki. I e-mailed them about ordering a replacement brush and getting new screens. They're sending me a brush for free. Also, they said they have gotten enough complaints about the brush where they are re-designing it.

So this is a very broad question: what are you using with your Herbie that isn't a stock part and why? This community is so interesting. A ton of hobbyists that really know their stuff and I'd certainly like to learn/improve my experience!

One thing to mention I noticed: when all of this first started, the Herbalizer.com store started looking a bit...thin. I'm not saying if an accessory sells out that means they're clearly doomed, but if they aren't re-stocked in a reasonable amount of time, then I'd say means either a) they suck...
