Yep...Yep! Loose pack slightly tamped, and a slow steady draw speed is a neccessity for the thick vapor hits. The same will actually go for your new VG too. Steady slow hits allows the element to heat up faster, but in the PD you already have the heat. Too fast of a draw and you'll get little...
