Discontinued The Persei Vaporizer for herbs and concentrates.

Water is a chemical. The bags are made of chemicals. The concentration process is concentrating chemicals you do want from ones you don't.

Hey krazzy, my question would be has precedent been set? the courts can interpret laws loosely, and co2 extraction could be considered chemical extraction unless established already that it is not. Also, all methods require chemicals.

    Discontinued ThermoVape Revolution for concentrates

Risk vs reward I'd advise people to avoid denatured ethanol as well as straight methanol as a solvent for errling. Some people are great at purging, a lot of people think they're great at it. It doesn't add much over Iso (there are some amazing Iso techs out there) except for some flavor grabbed...

    Discontinued ThermoVape Revolution for concentrates

This is a very common test in the extract community, it is usually reffered to as the 'mirror test' (ime) since that is the preffered object to do as much upon. In my state the liquor stores can not sell EC, if they did I would have already done as much. But now that I know it's all good I will...

    Discontinued ThermoVape Revolution for concentrates

Thanks OF! My main concern was of the possibility of glycerin being added in small amounts, like with vodka, after the distillation.

I have gone back and forth over this issue. I do believe you are right, but my concern is that it's 190 proof, not 191. The azeotrope is about 95.63% EtOH. So my remaining concern is that approx. 1 proof difference. I don't think thay would add the alcohol sweetners they do in most all other...

Gear Is there a "Brick and Mortar" store that sells 99% ISO??

Order the sixteen ounce on amazon at like $2.63 a bottle plus $6 for shipping, its $5.50 per shipment plus $.50 per pound, so it comes to like $16 for 64 ounces (4 bottles). Its the best deal online that ive found short of ordering the 55 gallon drum.

That's return policy for a full refund. I don't know many manufacturers that will refund money blindly on used products. The warranty is very different. If the heater core dies in six months, up to a year, you can send it in and have it repaired for no cost. Anything else there isn't even the a...

    Lab Testing of BHO?

Thank you for the response. My point about opinion was not supposed to be semantic, I meant that it seemed strange to have opinions when simple tests can get past that point. It would be like having an opinion of how fast a car was going instead of looking at the odometer. And my argument for...

    Lab Testing of BHO?

I'd argue it means to say something dogmatically, which if so seemed a bit rude, as if people were just repeating things they had been trained to believe. Other than that i've heard it applied to tone of voice. But yes, words progress, didn't mean to come off rude. Many apologies.

    Lab Testing of BHO?

You may have no reason to doubt them, but do you have reason to trust them? Have you done anything like send a piece of the same extract to more than one lab to see if the results are the same? If it is testable it is not an opinion, but conjecture. Also, the use of pontificate seems very...

I do believe the cost is due to superior design (strictly conjecture of opinion) and superior materials (opinion, but less subjective) than other cheaper units.

Having the talk with a Dr.

I have heard cads of doctors being sympathetic to patients without insurance as a reason for not having records, so if you focus on the bad medical state of Puerto Rico they may give you leeway.

To deoxycarbolize or not to deoxycarbolize? That is the question.

Alright, two things. First, I do agree with 212°f being a good temp for the main psychoactives (thc, cbn, cbd). But even at these temps you are degrading the components, regardless of not reaching the boiling point. Thc turns into cbn much faster than it would naturally occur at room temp in...

Look at post #2284 he explained the difference and said we probably wouldn't notice a difference. But, he also said if there is a difference it is higher temp lower run time.

What should i buy to cool the vapor?

Water is polar and thc is fairly non-polar, so thc's solubility in water is absurldy low, maybe a couple parts per million, nothing you could notice. If any is lost it is due to the vapor cooling and sticking to the glass, not because of solubility in water.
