I'm still amazed that after 5 full years of daily use my 2011 M104 ceramic Solo with original batteries still socks my rocks off... Probably the only time I've ever had any rechargeable battery powered device that didn't crap out on me after 1-2 years... Duty cycles? I don't need any stinking...

That's called "Gaggin' the Hamster" and that happens when I've been hitting the stem for far too long...

Upside down Solo is exactly what it is, but you can Hamster with the straight stem as well. My opinion is that it tastes better to me, but that's my opinion. I Hamster my HI also. Try it and decide for yourself if it works for you. Some people don't care for the technique.

Any of the Logs available will do the trick. They all do what you want them to do, so pick one and go for it!!! (Or buy all three....:brow:)

It seems to me, IIRC, that your car voltage is 12 volts with the engine off, when the engine is running the voltage is about 13.5 to 14 volts.
