What is a safe level that will get two maybe three people feeling something, even if its a weak effect?

It's in 0.7L of alcohol. :/ What brand or type should I then be looking at, if I want to feel something besides the alcohol? Well there is this, which has 100mg/l thujone in a 0.7L of alcohol; however, it is priced rather steep at 200 bucks.

What about that 35mg/l thujone brand I posted? Is that a good brand/enough to make you trip a little? Would that be enough to get two people to trip a little?
