I always find this happens to me if I go to bed "too medicated" (but I mean there isn't such thing ...) and I wake up feeling super groggy. But if I tend to go to sleep while coming down I wake up feeling absolutely awesome, like it was the best night of sleep i've ever gotten!

I also would suggest the LSV. I just got mine a couple days ago from the classifieds and I am in love. I hooked it up to a piece of glass and was blown away. Can't recommend it enough even after just a couple uses!
