Doesn't fill densely? Try full bowl with hi quality herb. I too have noticed that although vapor is not as dense as let say in EQ, it is far more consistent. Just watch. @t-dub @Stu

Really sounds like a bad (extension) cord. Recently I had this issue with an inline fan. Plugged one, worked fine, plugged the other one, worked fine. Plugged both, bam! Smoke. Changed the extension cord, no more issues.
