Maybe you could drill a hole in the porous tank insert (removed from tank) and slide it down the element. Wouldn't that work a little more efficiently by capturing the oil as it slides down the rod? A little easier to clean and reuse as well

Anybody dab straight from the hammer tip and hold it above a bowl for water filtration? I do this with my herb iron which has a similar ceramic element and it's awesome. Great taste and very easy as it heats up quickly. Only downside is a limited dabbing capacity.

This problem doesn't seem like the intentional design. The bottom should be sealed so the concentrate is conserved and stays within the system.

I think I'm having the same problem. The ceramic element moves and the base does as well. I was a little annoyed and confused when I only got 1-2 medium doses and a few wisps out of .2g. I thought my tolerance had gone up or something but most of my oil is lost underneath the ceramic element?
