They were specially cut down "regular" stems... graduated and smoothed. They did actually cost a small amount more that the regular ones for the work involved.

I've used both extensively, and prefer the DBV.

Read as much of the info as you can. Oils vanish after a time, exposed to heat. Some are more volatile and leave little residue.. while others evaporate into a resin. I explain that in the posts in the link I sent you. Experimentation is a plus!

I have all 3 configurations. I like Standard HC and hand held wand best. Spherical is nice, but I prefer the more restricted area below the screen on Hand Held wand, and the pinhole aim of the standard. Spherical has a much more open hole for both HC and wand.
