slide can i ask you a question, did you run the mouth piece directly with the hercules heater and top section without the outer sleeve? Because i pulled out 20 hercules ran then 3 minutes straight each and no melting. Im trying to figure out how where you able to achieve this.

no worries, the regular cart meaning 5 ohm? because at 7.4v you can only use the 5 ohm. Be careful, please read the manual as this is important and you will better understand the unit.

see your not using 7.4v, a 18650 1600 mah is 3.7v, you need to use the two smaller red IMR batteries that are 800mah each.

please do not use foil, contact d9v and we will replace the batteries, there should not have been flat tops inside. This is highly dangerous do not use foil between them.
