guys with the update on the heater cores we are trying implement I think it should fix most of the external oil issue's and reduce it.

the oil gets to the outside of the stainless case because one or all of the following, your not inhaling when the button is pressed longer then 8 seconds, your not cooling it down by inhaling, these two allow vapor to collect inside and when it hits colder parts of the Hercules it reconstitutes...

ok guys update on hercules heater issues, we have the technical drawings done and will start production on the prototype parts. I think we have fixed all issues and have a few surprises if it pans out. Stay tuned for more info in the coming weeks.

The issue is something i wont discuss in public but its a upgrade thats is currently on our newer units that the older ones had that caused a lot of issues, Its an upgrade that fixes a tolerance issue with cartridges and tops. The Herc 3.7v should be around 1.1 - 1.4 ohms
