Thanks DieHard, it does melt fully leaving no residue on my nail. It does leave a little sticky on the end of my dabber, but I primarily drop these as they are easily handled. In a pen, it turns to oil consistency as it vapes, sticky icky icky.

I just go with cheapo $30 pens. I was interested in w9 for the longest time, but decided no because I do not want to have to tinker with a pen for it to work. I only want it to work, no adjustments, period. Just from reading the forums, w9 does not appear to be plug-n-play.

Extra payload= weight= diminished flight time. it can be a substantial tradeoff.
