All glass globes have this issue. Unfortunate glass globes don't hold water so they don't need to be tight. Glass replacements will be cheap so it's no issue.

That issue is simple to fix. Because when you put the glass piece on the oring and its dry your gonna roll the ring and create small gaps. What we do if this happens is apply a little water to the oring or like a dot of glycerin to make it slippery. That fixes the side issue. I realized our...
