Happy 4/20 FC users! Just checking in on progress of GH, how are the units performing these days? Any big issues? Or is it safe to utilize the 420 sale and feed my acquisition syndrome

Ah yea the company is WA I could have sworn the shipment i got for a warranty part came from Vegas, but I was hitting some big clouds with FF2 constantly back then hah, hope you get your replacement ASAP

Usually they ship via FedEx and it comes from Nevada I believe so it could be a bit depending on your locale. FF has great customer service so don't sweat it!

After cancelling my pre-order to see how things panned out it seems as tho GHL has (almost?) caught up on their orders?? its always hard to tell with their monthly updates as they have always been behind since i started getting them lol. So has "beta" phase ended yet? from the past few pages...

The heat is just in general compared to original FF I had a three battery session (8ish bowls) w/friends and just at the end it was indeed hot but not hot enough to hold. Compared to the old FF with much more aluminum? or some sort of heatsink material it used to stay a tad cooler, it does not...

I thought this as well but my only guess was the glue they used to secure the glass to the lid baked off some solvents when heated up or wasn't cured all the way. I can tell you the unit pulls air only from the inlets at the front and nothing internally for air flow. It only lasted 1.5 bowls or...

I have not had any material collect in the holes that i can see, nor have i had any reduced air flow after approx 15-20 bowls through the unit. I don't see it being a problem if it were to ever collect in there i would just heat up the unit and draw on it with nothing in there to try and dislodge

just checked my order and it pushed back again until June now instead of may....:( Having the FF2 in hand now makes me think i should just cancel and let them sort out all production problems and other quirks before I spend 200+ to beta test

Ive had a few sessions of ol' red as i call her and its a big improvement over original FF, I will write up a lil review for you guys once i get back from work. Im a lil sad the FF2 doesn't come with a nifty lil pouch to carry it in, will have to snag the FF1 pouch

when you order you have option for standard or expedited shipping and they quote the diff prices for you to pick Looks like mitch and I will be partying tomorrow, perhaps we can even move the thread out of upcoming and unreleased since they are out in the wild now.

Yeah I payed the extra 20 something for standard overnight, didn't wanna wait for it to make the trip from vegas doing regular ground lol

The new battery is much improved even over the older 770s. I get About 2.5 bowls off the new tabbed battery compared to 1-1.5 usually on my old 770/750s this is on the FF too so if the FF2 is more efficient it should be awesome
