Does anyone use a screen at the bottom of the chamber, ot a spacer from Davinci but a stainless steel screen or a glass screen?

@MicroMan What amperage are your batteries? The IQ require a battery of 10amps, many have tried a higher amperage battery and have found results.

May I ask what batteries are you using? Have you tried using a higher amperage battery? The LG HG2 is a 3000 maH 20amp battery that has solved most battery issues with the IQ.

I might just revisit the app, seems like it's been updated.

I stopped using the app, I found it useless so I set a temp and gradually increase until I'm fully baked and shut off the unit.

I understand your frustrations, I had similar issues, while using the app all my settings would reset, randomly disconnects or the app just stops working.

What about condensation? I've been searching for a silicone sleeve to fix that same issue.

I prefer the LG MJ1 3500mAH 10 amp or the Samsung 35E 3500 mAH 10 amp, they both have equal specs as the Sanyo NCR that comes with the unit. The LG HG2 is a 20 amp battery which might not be recommended by Davinci and void your warranty, just keep that in mind.

I totally agree, IMR batteries are one of the best places to buy batteries.

A glass mouthpiece would be a great improvement to vapor quality. Will Vivant warrant your unit?

Understand your grief entirely but it's something we all have gone through, just find a little more patience CS will respond.

Even for $9 is still crap, for a set of spacers that barely weigh a cost of two stamps.

Do you use a screen on the bottom of the chamber? Or just flowers then glass spacer?
