I own the Air and I want to compare the chamber of the Solo 2 to see what improvements where done with the airflow which will determine if I buy the Solo 2.

Can you post pics of the inside of the chamber? How has the airflow been improved?

@ToxicVape How hot does your unit get using a 20amp battery? @Nostalgia1 500 mAH is not a big deal, is more the amperage of the battery. I've been using a 15 amp battery for a week and the IQ has ran much cooler with more sessions per charge.

I recently purchased a pair of Samsung 30Q's 3000mAH 15amps, I have gotten 3 10min sessions per charge and the unit maintains warm but not hot to the touch.

@GetLeft Today I received my second PVHES stem and it fits perfect, same as the first on my Air. The airflow problem has been fixed with the new Solo 2, hopefully a new Air 2 will follow soon with the increased airflow.

The stems fit perfect on the Air it also comes with a O'ring for the Solo along with instructions. You can buy a pack of screens for the stem and extra O'ring.

I enjoy these stems better than stock because they're easier on the throat and besides I enjoy more of a flavored hit than a huge milky cloud.

@zeebudz, @OF plantvape.ca sell stems for the Air/Solo that provide great airflow.

It's a hit & miss game, I ordered a pair of Samsung 30Q (15 amp) to see if these batteries can push out enough power to run the unit while at the same time maintaining it cool to the touch. @TNT_error There's no aftermarket sleeves for the IQ and no one has come up with the idea of...

They fit perfect and perform better than stock.

So do I, @Davinci_vaporizer has never given any specs of the IQ so that we can buy the proper amperage battery and resolve these battery issues. I have (2) LG HG2 20amps (2) Samsung 25R 20amps along with the stock in my rotation and the unit still runs hot.

IMO: The IQ becomes hot due to the lack of power needed to fully function from the stock batteries.

They're the most reliable vendor to buy batteries from with a knowledgeable staff.

I was just reading reviews on these batteries before coming across this post and I decided to order a pair of Samsung 30Q's and see if a 15 amp battery would run unit much cooler than 20 amp battery and not as hot as the 10 amp battery that comes with the unit.
