Sounds like you're mostly there then, just too cold? No concentrate I know is going to give much under 300F. I'd try running the temperature up a bit and see if that suits you but I wouldn't expect much under 350F, IMO 390 is just getting started for the tastes of some/many. Keep an eye on...

I agree, fully discharged is a big old red flag to me. How/why did this happen? They should live happily many years at 2/3 charge or so, basically no self discharge. Perhaps the protection PCB is 'sub par' and/or the packs are very old? Or worse still, they were subjected to excessive heat...

You might have, 375 is the default, try it again with say 400? And you do it off, not on. I run 390F, it's what came up. Seven seconds pressing on the only 3 you can and keep it off (the 3 on front) and the next time it came up 375. No indication at all. OF
