Don't know if this applies directly, but I remove as follows and black silicon heat guards remain in place. Remove whip from bowl. Pull back on top of bowl , towards me just enough to break magnetic seal. Then grab black heat guards and remove bowl from Herbie. That way I don't stretch or put...
