Actually I mainly use my first beta unit cause, @mistvaporizer and me, are agree the production unit I received is too hot (but still nice for concentrates), I will get a well calibrated unit in some weeks! When it comes about the Mi/MVT comparison I will only say they both work admirably well...

I never read any report speaking about a melted/burne lid.... although I agree there is a slightly plastic/silicon taste on the end of the session at higher temp.

To get some thicker clouds you need to pack it tight and even like that it will take some hits to start to produce visible vapor at 395. I agree the clouds are not related to the amount of weed used. I still not found a good working reducer for smaller loads Where do you live? I get a spare...

I liked a lot my Cloud+ but since the Vrip, my DIY Volute and the Ti imperator I wasn't using it at all and decided to let it to go for another home! Was not a fan of elb's and taste suffered of higher temp than 1 o'clock on the dial but it was the better designed vape I owned, I loved the look...
