Nope just charge it to full and start vaping , that's only with the solo everyone recommends going a few hours over the full charge , with the air and the single 18650 cells you are good to go when its charged .

I really like the mflb battery caps , i load two or 3 stems up to go and pop them on and i am set. The one's arizer is selling look more flexible in the picture , i should have grabbed a few when i ordered my stems from them but i did not notice them on the site.
