gotvape.net is giving me some trouble with getting a refund. They are stating they need to get in touch with Goboof in Ireland 1st and will not refund me bc the item is used now. I never even had the chance to use the item as it arrived broken to my door step. I gave them the chance to fix it...

You'll be happy with it for the price. I have been using mine for a few months now in and off with other vapes. It gets the job done and produces nice vapor. Do a burn in before you use it to get rid of the packaging smell .

It has been said numerous times in this forum. As per Arizer suggests you can only use there batteries in the Air. Now if you'd like to void your warranty you can use other 18650 batteries and they do work , several of us here have been doing so. Same rule applies for the charger , a aftermarket...

Try leaving your herb out over night , it's prob to wet and that is why you are getting these results or your machine is not heating properly .

Hmm sounds like a software issue . No you cannot use it plugged in with no battery. You can use it plugged in with a battery though if the battery has a good amount of juice already in it. Give it a try.
