I'm using an HE Ti carb cap/dabber.

I find the banger style to be extremely easy to heat. From the bottom. Carb cap works well but balances precariously. It is also very easy to reheat with an unfinished dab in there. Edit: less than $25 on ioffer

That is reclaim. Some of the oil in vapor form will re condense inside the glass (those flakes). If you let all of the ISO to evaporate then the reclaim will probably be as safe to dab as the stuff you started with. It will depend on your preference for the flavor OR NOT. More diffusion will...
