Did you open a support ticket? Sounds like you have a faulty part. My inserts don't spin with any of the caps I use. I'd contact them and let them know.

The Storm cell CAN be really nice if Josh tests the cap with the bucket before he ships it. The bucket and cap have to be perfectly machined in order to get a proper seal. Glass caps just work best. The Ti has to be machined just right for the Storm to work. Mine works really nice but still...

You would probably like the Riptide cap too. It's giving me more complete vaporization than the Terp Trunk and it's not pooling as much either with the Riptide. It could be a tiny bit bigger to cover the 30mm bucket, but it's still great. I'm really excited for the 20mm. Dabs also taste better...
