Need a high quality portable Vape within a week, cant wait for shipping. Deep draws and good taste matter most to me. What should I go with?

Both of us? My little joke (which may have caused offense; sorry @Ramahs) was making exactly that point, that the concept of bowl is a range, not a single point. I'm not smart enough to know whether Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle applies, but I guess quantum mechanics has a role in everything.

    Dynavap VapCap

For sure--I never thought I'd own any kind of Vong. They always struck me as ugly and chunky looking. But then the early reviews of this one were so positive. It was getting high marks for performance, and I was already using my Simrell at home with the bubbler (I didn't anticipate that--I...

Hopefully DV put them on hold for a bit while they figured out how to stabilize the wood. Then you won't have to worry that yours may seize someday. So far mine spins freely. Love your username; that's one of the most important books ever written.

I'd say a Simrell Stinger. I have to admit that I haven't tried the Stinger itself, but it features an intercooler, which makes a huge difference for smoothing vapor. It would basically make your M into a Vortex.

any experiences/tips for effective cannabis tea?

I always keep some infused coconut oil in the fridge, and I use that to make a chai latte. I just make my usual chai, a roasted yerba mate blend with fresh ginger, nutmilk, and some oil. If I don't want it just floating on top, I use a frother to foam it up. I make the oil in big batches after...

Bump this thread if you're VAPED now!

Well, sure I'm vaped now. But, to be fair, I pretty much always have a hand in this game. Right now is a weed-badder sandwich in my new VonG, using my own Raspberry Parfait flower with some Purple Punch badder. Happy Friday.

I measured a classic vs. captive cap with a caliper this morning. They were identical. There is some challenge to the measurement, as I had to bring my classic back to round first, but I think I got pretty close. The captive cap on my new VonG does run a bit cooler than the classic cap I use on...

    Dynavap VapCap

I just got mine Monday, and I had to clean it already yesterday. No, I didn't run half an ounce through it in two days--though I did probably toast about an eighth playing with my new toy. I was surprised it got sticky so quickly, as I never had to clean my Ms so frequently, even though their...

    Dynavap VapCap

I was perplexed by this discussion, with someone reporting needing to take their DV a few seconds past the click with an IH. In my IH experience, beyond the click lies fiery disaster. I'm even planning to get a low-temp cap so I can explore heating beyond the click. Then, yesterday, Austyn...

    How many TRUE combustion-fuckers?

I clicked "completely fucked", though it may be aspirational. I started vaping at home in 2007, but I kept burning everywhere else until about five years ago, as portable vapes became more viable. Since then, I've only smoked when offered (very rarely) or when I become overwhelmed with nostalgia...

Induction Heater MAD Heaters - Innovative Dynavap Accessories

Sorry, I missed the SiC part; I was picturing borosilicate balls. Now I'm seeing that there's a ton of potential with a temp-sensing IH, freeing us from the click. If you put the balls in the tip, with the herb downstream, you could even create a convection device (edit: wait, is that what you...

Induction Heater MAD Heaters - Innovative Dynavap Accessories

Would that work in an IH? Glass won't heat with induction, and I wonder if the thin steel of the cap can absorb enough energy to heat up the glass.

George holds the patent on the core technology, the thermostatically-controlled cap and tip. He seems to look at that as an open-source platform that he and others can build upon. There's at least one interview out there featuring him and Austyn Simrell chatting happily. George is smart enough...

Fluxer Heaters, induction heaters for Dynavap

I had done a rough comparison (number of sessions) of the on-board charging vs. external, and it seemed like I wasn't getting as complete a charge on-board, so I was using the external charger. When I sent the Flite in to Jeff, he had me remove the batteries, and I didn't notice at that point...

Fluxer Heaters, induction heaters for Dynavap

I am an idiot. A while ago I posted about how my Flite had stopped working. It hadn't. The problem was purely operator error. I'm not eager to reveal this, but I really don't want anyone to doubt the reliability of Fluxxer products. Not knowing it was operator error, Jeff took it in, and he...

Dynavap. I'll bet you can pick up a 2020m quickly. It ticks all your boxes. Even though it's mostly conduction, the first rip off a DV is pure, terpy flavor. Past that its flavor drops off, and aggressive heating will lead to burnt popcorn, but you can control for that. The only downside is it...

Fluxer Heaters, induction heaters for Dynavap

The wrench removes the nut which holds the switch in place so you can remove the assembly from the case. I opened mine up to drop my coils just a bit to get the Flix closer in performance to my Flite--it was just a little on the aggressive side, now it's perfect.
