I can seal it with my finger. I detect no leakage at all on mine. None. That bottom screened inlet is the only air path to the heater unit/chamber.....and it's sealed from the electronics. That's simply how it's designed.

Using the small power puck requires it being plugged in to use.

I just read it. It says not to use it while it's in the charging base charging saying it can cause irreversible damage. Needless to say, I personally have no problem following that warning.

I've done it both ways you have mentioned.....same results just a little cleaner minivap using the basket. Neither of which resulted in any particles getting into the tube or my mouth. Discoloring/surface residue is a given byproduct of vaping.

Your doing something basically wrong. Never ever have I had anything get through the screen into the flexitube tube. Never.

I just ordered this today with some extra regular flexicones from Hermes. Looking forward to it.
